In my years of experience, I have yet to encounter the "perfect house." It is important for you to understand that the perfect home for you does indeed exist. This is the home you fell in love with. It has the perfect floor plan with the perfect kitchen. It is in the perfect neighborhood with the perfect schools for your children. It spoke to you when you first walked in the front door.

Houses are dynamic systems, they require upkeep and maintenance. Let's face it, things break even with normal use - every home has flaws and defects. The key is to know about these problems up front, before you close.
