Absolute Inspections' Referral Rewards Program - TREC Participation Limitations


The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) forbids referral rewards of any kind to a Settlement Service Provider including the following types, so if you are one of these persons please do not submit for a reward:

  1. Real estate agent or broker;
  2. Mortgage broker;
  3. Title service provider;
  4. Attorney;
  5. A person who prepares documents, including notarization, delivery, and recordation;
  6. Appraiser;
  7. Inspector;
  8. Settlement agent;
  9. A person who provides mortgage insurance services;
  10. A person who provides services involving hazard, flood, or other casualty insurance or homeowner's warranties;
  11. Federally related mortgage loan originator; and
  12. A person who provides any other services for which a settlement service provider requires a borrower or seller to pay.
