Absolute Inspections' Referral Rewards Program - General Rules
It's a shame, but if we don't put it in writing there will be someone whose feelings will may get hurt.
- Absolute Inspections Referral Reward Program becomes effective March 31, 2010
- The referral program is to reward our past customers with a Referral Reward for their referral business but may be extended to others at our discretion.
- Giving a Referral to a person does not automatically entitle you to a Referral Reward. That referred person must complete a Real Estate Property Inspection transaction with Absolute Inspections for a paid Full Property Inspection. That transaction will be considered complete when the inspector receives final payment for services rendered. The referring person will then receive the Referral Reward in the mail.
- There is no limit to the number of Referral Rewards you can earn, however only one Referral Reward will be given for each Full Property Inspection transaction completed by Absolute Inspections at a single address.
- You or the referred person must notify Absolute Inspections in writing (email is acceptable) that you are the referring person. You can do this by email (preferred), mail or online at Absolute Inspections' Contact Us Page
- The Referral Reward will be mailed to the referring person by regular US mail. Absolute Inspections is not responsible for lost or stolen Referral Rewards. Rewards will be mailed to the address on file in our system unless an alternative address is provided, in writing. Absolute Inspections, LLC shall not be responsible if these addresses are not valid.
- No purchase, other than their prior inspection fee, by the referring person is necessary to participate in the Program. The Program is subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
- This Referral Reward Program may be continued, altered or discontinued, without notice, at the sole discretion of Absolute Inspections, LLC.
